Winter Hikes in Schladming-Dachstein / Rohrmoos-Untertal

Winter is the perfect time of year to enjoy the pure tranquility of nature.

Idyllic Untertal is ideally suited for walks or snowshoeing expeditions through the snowy winter countryside, for example along the cross-country ski trails. 

Upper Untertal lends itself to extended snowshoeing tours or shorter snowshoe hikes. Because no cars are allowed beyond the Waldhäusl Alm in winter, you will really be able to appreciate the peace & quiet.
In some parts, the tour follows the same route as the cross-country trails in Untertal. However, you are asked not to enter the part of the trail which has been groomed especially for the use of skiers.
